From the methods of traditional magical literature, the IHVh representing the four elements, takes on a slightly different order. That order being from top to bottom- the very thing you will discover by practice.

Establishing these 4 elements as regions within the astral body, embeds for you a prime and unshakable foundation, which must be used as an antenna, and as a beacon for disseminating the elemental signatures in Fluids, and Objects, as well as, aligning those signatures together in such a manner as to 'amplify' the elemental power or virtue under observation.

Successful magical practice is very similar to a game of connecting and aligning the elemental dots.

The power and effects of an element are amplified not by mixing elements together in the various ways, but by 'aligning the same elements together' thereby amplifying that 'single specific ' elemental force, power, and virtue.

Work-out/ exercise these elemental sensations of the body through simple imaginative, feeling, and breathing meditation.

The first goal in power meditation is to establish the 4 distinctive sensations, one for each elemental region of your body. You should clearly know the static electrical sensation of the Fire element. You should be well versed in feeling the condensation of magnetic energy. And you should be nimble enough to be able to navigate and hold your attention inside the subtle penetrative Air element. You should be stable, fixed and focused enough to sense the feelings of the Earth element.

After you have a solid, unshakable clarity of belief, of all 4 major sensations, concerning the body and its elements, you are now ready to work with the Fluids.
